- We pursue nonindustry-specific solutions and bring them to the public market, develop that IP to its full potential and then flip it and sell it to other companies to use in their products and services
- Once tech is identified, we move forward and form a company around that technology.
- We acquire the licensing rights for new and emerging technologies from college campuses and government labs all over the US then evaluate those technologies
- We handle the patents, federal / state regulations, and development/prototyping and production pipelines
Partner With Us
- We leverage the knowledge and expertise of professionals to determine which may be worth developing further and be commercializing.
- Professionals spend 3-5 hours a week as a baseline helping us identify those technologies within our database that they feel have commercial viability with the possibility of board positions based on the level of expertise.
- As the discovering partner, a 50% equity stake in that company is given for allowing us to capitalize on your knowledge and expertise.
